Q: What do I need to bring to my appointment?
A: W2s, 1099s, Medical expenses, mortgage interest, closing documents if you purchases/sold a house in the past year,
education expenses if you were a student (Tuition, books, and anything else you were REQUIRED to buy for class).
Q: Do I need to bring my spouse?
A: The IRS requires both you and your spouse to sign the return. If your spouse can't come to the appointment, you can either bring in a signed Power of Attorney form or you can take the signature pages home and get them signed and sent back to us. Q: Where is your office located?
A: Our office is located at 9133 S Monroe Plaza Way, Suite A, Sandy Utah 84070. The first road on the east of the freeway at 90th South is Monroe Street. Go south down Monroe Street and you'll see Club 90. Just past that is a big white building called Caliber Collision. Turn down that street and we are in the big office complex past that on the left side, across from Classic Skating.
